We are a leading global law firm seeking a Business Operations Analyst or Senior Analyst for our firm‑wide Operations Team. The role reports to the Director of Business Operations and focuses on several transactional Practice Groups. This position resides in our Philadelphia office with a hybrid in‑office/remote schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and business analyses.
• Create efficient reporting files that convert raw data into value‑adding formats and visualizations.
• Assist with the annual rate‑setting process, routine inventory management and other firm initiatives.
• Help develop matter budgets, client pricing support and client/matter performance analysis.
• Provide support for special projects and firm initiatives at the request of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related business discipline.
• One to two years of relevant analytical experience.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, outstanding judgment, and a strong service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work.
