Responsibilities
- Manage and track the full capital project portfolio for a large utility operation, including schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and status updates.
- Build and refine portfolio processes, frameworks, dashboards, and reporting standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and organizational alignment.
- Partner with Operations teams to understand business requirements and translate needs into system enhancements, workflow improvements, and technology solutions.
- Research and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and Systems Analysts.
- Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and prepare clear, actionable reports for leaders.
- Support business units with process mapping, requirements gathering, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead smaller-scale projects and contribute to cross-department initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, reporting protocols, data standards, and system security practices.
- Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in business systems, data analytics, and portfolio management.
