• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence facilitating discussions with leaders across multiple functions.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for improving how work gets done.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
