Figma is looking for a senior Business Operations professional to help solve complex business issues and deliver measurable impact. The role collaborates with Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives with senior leadership exposure.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate planning, business finance, analytics, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans
  • Strong analytical expertise, and extensive experience building integrated models from scratch
  • Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
  • Track record of building processes from scratch & methodically resolving potential road-blocks

The Business Operations team is focused on solving some of Figma’s most challenging business issues. We are a small team that works collaboratively across Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Operations teams on a variety of strategic initiatives with a direct and quantifiable impact on our business. You will be asked to tackle a variety of unstructured problems, dissect them, synthesize a set of actionable insights and partner in the execution & implementation of the solution. The role requires someone who is highly analytical and strategic, a great communicator, approaches problems in a structured manner, and is comfortable with ambiguity. You’ll get substantial senior leadership exposure, focus on the highest-priority business issues and be plugged into every facet of the business.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma

We’d love to hear from you if you have

Pay Transparency Disclosure

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.

Figma offers equity to employees, as well as a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; and paid time off. Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. Additional benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and a number of lifestyle spending accounts. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.

Annual Base Salary Range:

$140,000—$296,000 USD
