Provides comprehensive cross‑functional administrative support across Business Office functions, including registration, medical records, chart preparation, scanning, collections, and pre‑admission testing (PAT) support activities. This role ensures continuity of operations by flexing between departments and facilities based on organizational need. This role supports both the Surgical Institute of Reading and affiliated Hospital Outpatient Department as directed by Business Office Leadership. This person will float between the other locations and responsibilities as needed.
