The Community Business Office Manager keeps our community running smoothly by overseeing resident billing, collections, and daily business office operations with accuracy and care. In this role, you’ll manage resident accounts, support private pay and select third-party billing, process payments and refunds, and assist with financial inquiries, all while leading our Health Center front desk operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for residents, families, and team members.
