Job summary

International Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Mentor to guide small- to mid-sized business owners toward profitability and improved operations. You will be an adviser with a proven track record in productivity, sales improvement, and organizational turnarounds, traveling extensively to client sites.

The role requires deep financial literacy (P&L, cash flow, budgeting), team leadership, and a hands-on approach to implementing change. Competitive compensation accompanies growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of successful business management experience and/or business ownership.
• Experience with Profit & Loss statements, cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
• Skills in increasing sales, improving operations and driving behavioral change.
• Hands-on experience in managing teams and computer proficiency (MS Office, especially Excel).
• Four-year college/university degree required.
• This is a 100% travel position; willing to fly from home airport every Sunday night and not return until Friday afternoon.
• Must possess a PC-compatible laptop computer & printer.

Requirements:
