Sonrava is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our Chicago office, supporting doctors and staff to grow the practice and deliver an exceptional patient experience. You will oversee patient care processes, verify insurance, manage collections, monitor financial performance, and collaborate with providers on marketing initiatives and compliance with health and safety standards.

Travel for training may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience, dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Proven leadership abilities, relationship-building skills and team motivation.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
