Job summary

OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support a federal customer’s acquisition and program management operations in Colorado Springs, on-site. You will apply deep expertise in DoD acquisition policy, budget processes, and program analytics to enable effective resource planning and program oversight across the acquisition lifecycle.

The role requires 10+ years in related fields, an active Secret clearance, and experience with PPBE and POM development, with on-site

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, budget planning, or acquisition support.
• 4+ years of experience supporting federal government agencies.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Demonstrated experience with program management and PMO support.
• Experience with budget formulation, planning, and execution.
• Knowledge of the PPBE process.
• Experience with POM development.
• Ability to work on-site at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO.

• Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
• Experience with POM (Program Objective Memorandum) development
• Ability to work on-site at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO
