Job description

Cooley LLP has an opportunity available to work in the business and securities litigation practice group in our San Diego and Los Angeles offices. Preferred candidates should present a solid background in complex commercial litigation. The candidate must have (i) 2-6 years of significant litigation experience (ii) practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm (iii) project-based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality (iv) experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and professional staff (v) a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution. Current admittance to the California bar required. Experience in the areas of technology litigation, class action defense, and/or company v. company disputes preferred but not required. EOE.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000-$390,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
