The New York office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Business Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience. Candidates should have significant experience in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Candidates should have substantial experience drafting pleadings and motions and be able to conduct and manage the discovery process. Candidates must be highly motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials and must be admitted to practice in New York. This position is open to recruiting agency submissionsat this time.

The target annual pay range for this role in New York is $310,000 - $375,000. Positions outside of New York will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome’s total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance.
