Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data development.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and data products with Tableau.
• Tableau Desktop certification is required.
• Advanced SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL/ELT development.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses such as Snowflake or Azure Synapse.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, security, and row-level security.
• Experience translating business requirements into dashboards and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and reusable data sources.
• Develop Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards and reports as needed.
• Design scalable data models to support reporting and analytics.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Write complex SQL queries and optimize performance.
• Work with data warehouses like Snowflake or Azure Synapse.
• Implement data quality, governance, and security standards including RLS.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define KPIs and reporting metrics.

CXC Global is looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to transform complex data into reliable, actionable dashboards and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and enterprise data warehouses, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data products.

Experience working with Salesforce data and Salesforce CRM Analytics is highly preferred.

Location: Remote

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Strong possibility of extension)

Purpose

Turn data into reliable, scalable, and actionable dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical data products that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and reusable data sources.
• Develop Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards and reports as required.
• Design scalable data models supporting reporting, analytics, and business intelligence requirements.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Write complex SQL queries and optimize data processing and reporting performance.
• Work with enterprise data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or similar platforms.
• Implement and support data quality, governance, security, and row-level security (RLS) standards.
• Partner with business and technical teams to define and standardize KPIs and reporting metrics.
• Develop analytics around business measures such as case metrics, portal adoption, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Troubleshoot dashboard, data-quality, performance, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, data, product, and business teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or data development.
