As the Senior Business Intelligence Expert, Commercial Excellence, you will serve as the USCA Product Owner for our Global Sales Analytics tool playing a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across the U.S. and Canada sales organization. Embedded within the Global Commercial Excellence Data & Analytics team, you will lead the development and lifecycle management of sales dashboards and reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs. You will serve as the primary owner of USCA Sales and Analytics reporting within the Global Sales Analytics product team, supporting the transition to globally governed reporting standards and tools. Your work will directly influence sales strategy, performance tracking, and behavioral change through actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the USCA Sales Analytics reporting suite within Power BI, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and usability.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into scalable dashboard solutions.
  • Drive adoption of the Global Sales Analytics platform across USCA, supporting change management and user enablement.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through alignment with global data governance standards.
  • Partner with IT, data engineering, and analytics teams to maintain and enhance reporting infrastructure and our data model.
  • Monitor usage and performance of dashboards, continuously improving based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics within a commercial or sales operations environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel (can perform complex functions) , and BI tools (Power BI).
  • Experience within finance or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience applying Design Thinking principles to BI solution development-empathizing with users, defining needs, ideating, testing to deliver user-centric dashboards and reports.
  • Interpret data, storytelling with visuals, and influencing decisions
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product ownership frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data quality tools and metadata management.
