Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a data analyst/BI engineer to transform large enterprise datasets into actionable insights. You will work on pipeline, relationship management, and financial systems, building dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as BI engineer and data analyst for the opportunity pipeline and CRM.
• Gather insights and trends to help users understand pipelines related to opportunities, contacts, and lead generation for bid and resourcing decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Utilize statistical concepts and their application, including regression models, distributions, Monte Carlo simulations, and more.
• Design and maintain scalable data models to support reporting and dashboards, and other analytical needs.
• Build and optimize datasets within Databricks using SQL, Spark, Python, or other syntax.
• Leverage AI tools for automated solutions.
• Utilize data lake/warehouse architecture to optimize cloud storage and pipeline performance.

As an internal-facing data analyst, you will work in a data-rich environment from various enterprise datasets, specifically focusing on pipeline, relationship management, and financial systems. We are seeking a motivated analyst who will increase the capabilities of our team from a reporting perspective. You will combine strong technical expertise in data modeling and analytics with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business intelligence. You will also possess strong communication skills, as this position involves discussions with company leadership in identifying trends and measuring performance. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You’ll Work On:
