Job description

Description

Find the gaps. Build the data. Power the decisions. The mission is simple: give every part of the business the data it needs to make sharper decisions, faster. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll build and maintain the reporting systems and data infrastructure our trading operations run on — reliable data sources, well-built pipelines, and insights people can act on. This is a high-ownership role in a rapidly growing execution business. You won't just inherit dashboards — you'll define them. Working with sales, traders, engineers, and researchers, you'll establish real performance benchmarks across our entire algo suite, work that will directly shape how we sell and improve them. If you want the autonomy to build a data function from the ground up and the ownership to shape how it evolves as the business scales — we want to talk to you.
