Bloomberg Industry Group in Arlington, VA, is seeking a Senior BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions. You will translate business requirements into data visualizations, build data models, and partner with stakeholders to drive strategic insights across sales performance and operations.

Senior business leaders rely on our work every day to make strategic decisions. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Tableau, strong SQL skills, and experience transforming complex data into actionable business insights. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and leadership teams to develop scalable dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Compensation Range: $105,000.00-$135,000.00 Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
