Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Solutions Team Lead to oversee a team delivering BI and analytics from data collection to insight generation. You will architect AWS-based data solutions, build data products, and lead analysts and developers while partnering with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on data engineering, data modeling, orchestration, and experience presenting to executives.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Business Intelligence & Data Solutions Team Lead will lead a team responsible for collecting, modeling, and transforming enterprise data into actionable business insights while owning both the data architecture and analytics solutions that support strategic decision‑making. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with people leadership, requiring the ability to architect AWS‑based data solutions, build data products, develop dashboards and reporting tools, manage analysts and developers, and partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing technical architecture and data engineering concepts such as pipelines, orchestration, and data modeling as they are presenting business insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Compensation: $$90/hr to $95/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
