The Central Top Partners Strategy and Operations team operates in a highly cross-functional manner to enable and empower the Top Partner Program to capture the cross-product area opportunity, streamline cross-functional collaboration, and evolve its operations.
As the Business Intelligence and Operations Manager, you will lead the development and deployment of business intelligence capabilities across the Top Partner Program, steward core operational processes, and drive strategic projects. You will build relationships with stakeholders across the organization including partner managers, industry leads, GP Studio, GP Transformation, Strategy and Operations, and Finance connecting business goals and team needs to operational realities to identify and deliver the right approach.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
