Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior data presentation specialist for the Global Third Party Program in New Jersey. The role translates complex data into executive‑level narratives and visuals for senior leaders, driving risk insights, performance trends and strategic decision support.

You will build dashboards, reports, and compelling visuals for a very senior audience, shaping GTPP insights and strategic direction while working with industry‑leading tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop executive-ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the story.
  • Strong analytical skills with an investigative mindset to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting to drive business insights.
  • 7+ years’ experience creating executive facing materials.
  • 5+ years’ experience developing data visualization by leveraging data from various sources.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot).
  • Strong analytical, risk management and organizational skills with focus on attention to detail.
  • Prior experience managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing deadlines.
  • Strong partnership and relationship building skills with the ability to influence. Has worked with Global team-mates.
  • Proactive and highly organized with attention to detail, strong time management skills, follow through and sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling data‑driven narratives that translate analytics into actionable insights for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Create visually engaging dashboards, charts infographics, timelines, and analytical storyboards that simplify complex information and accelerate decision‑making.
  • Interpret quantitative results, trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators to identify meaningful business implications and recommendations.
  • Convert technical findings into concise, audience‑appropriate language that can be easily understood by both business and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Design presentations that connect data, business context, and strategic objectives into a cohesive and persuasive story.
  • Execution of critical business controls, metrics and monitoring; early identification and escalation of risk or breaches; identification and on‑time execution of GSEP owned issues
  • Tailor presentation content and visualizations based on audience type, ranging from operational teams to executive leadership and governance forums.
  • Distill large volumes of information into concise key messages, executive summaries, and decision‑support materials.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills and executive presence
  • Participate in audits or exams as necessary related to programs owned across GSEP
  • Identify and promote improvements and simplification in how work is executed
  • Manages multiple priorities in a matrixed environment with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communicates effectively to influence agreement between partners and escalates items, as needed, to ensure execution activities remain on track
  • Produce crisp and efficient data visualizations with associated narratives for MTM and senior leaders

Job Description:

The Global Third Party Program (GTPP) organization oversees execution of Bank of America’s Global Third Party Program requirements and is responsible for enterprise procurement, sourcing, third‑party management, and ensuring effective third‑party risk management across the enterprise.

The Third Party Technology, Data, and Reporting team, under the direction of the Data & Reporting Executive, is responsible for:

  • Identifying insights from GTPP data and designing visualizations/presentations that proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, improving operational effectiveness and supporting more informed business decisions.

  • Create executive-facing materials that enable faster, more informed decisions through clear, fact-based insights and data storytelling

  • Continuously improve visualization standards, storytelling frameworks, and presentation effectiveness to increase stakeholder engagement and understanding.

This role requires the ability to take complex, high‑volume data and translate it into executive presentations that facilitate better decision‑making, risk management, trend analysis, and overall third‑party risk reduction across the company. This role will be working with a very senior audience and will have an opportunity to make truly impactful presentations and insights that will drive GTPP in a strategic direction. $121,500.00 - $171,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
