Job summary

UCHealth in Colorado Springs is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze and design data solutions that support leadership decision-making. The role focuses on developing expert-level analyses, reporting, and data architectures across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Preferred: healthcare industry or information systems background; strong knowledge of SQL, DAX, MS SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint; experience building detailed and complex reports.
• Knowledge of ETL frameworks including table design, stored procedures, and views.
• EPIC experience and/or Epic Data Model certifications are a plus.

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with a combination of onsite and remote work based on department needs.

Summary

• Analyzes and designs data solutions. Partners with leadership to provide analytics for critical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and evaluates data analytic processes, including determining the metrics and methodologies to be used.
• Develops and presents expert-level analysis and data in requested formats to internal/external audiences as required; designs, creates, and implements data solutions, defines the scope and format of reports based on customer inquiries/needs.
• Manages project design, contributing expertise in data management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Architects the design, evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of database processes. Creates and maintains data extractions from internal and external data sources. Creates, designs, and maintains database tables and views.
• Resolves technical issues that arise. Supports end users as necessary.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
