Job summary

Inmar Inc. is seeking a Representative, PFM Business Intelligence to audit MAC and contract exceptions and support client initiatives. You will interact with clients, carriers, and internal teams to pull data, run reports, and submit MAC appeals for review.

Responsibilities include delivering standard MAC reporting weekly, developing dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy while following HIPAA and internal procedures. Strong Excel, data analysis, and collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, data entry, and data analysis with an associate degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows; 10 Key manual entry and Google Workspace experience.
• Ability to interact with clients/carriers to audit MAC and contract exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Audit MAC and contract exceptions and support client initiatives.
• Pull data and prepare standard MAC reports weekly.
• Submit MAC appeals and track carrier responses.
• Create dashboards and reports for trending/benchmarking.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners and support QBRs/MBRs.
