Job summary

FC Industries, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst/ Data Engineering Intern in Dayton, OH. You’ll work on dashboards and analytics to improve manufacturing operations and business performance while learning SQL, Python, data modeling, and reporting in a hands-on setting.

Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in Business Analytics, CS, Information Systems, or Data Science. This internship offers real projects, mentorship, and potential future opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI to create reports, dashboards and visuals.
• Familiarity with SQL or similar query languages.

Requirements

Requirements as a Business Intelligence Analyst/ Data Engineering Intern:

• Must be currently pursuing a pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the United States
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Basic understanding of data modeling, databases, and relational data concepts.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout the shop floor.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, push, reach overhead and bend to the floor.
