Job summary

Doximity is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Client Intelligence team. This remote role in the U.S. focuses on turning data into actionable insights for product, analytics, client success, and sales teams.

You will collaborate across functions to deliver client-facing analyses and data products. You will build reusable code, automate workflows, and apply your Python and SQL skills to large healthcare datasets, identifying behavioral patterns of clinicians.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience collaborating with teams to deliver data analyses.
• Excellent SQL skills with complex queries across multiple tables.
• Fluent in Python with NumPy, Pandas, StatsModels and Matplotlib for EDA.

About the Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Work closely with our Product, Strategic Analytics, Client Success, and Sales teams to create client-facing analyses.
• Showcase your engineering skills by creating data products from scratch and automating code so they can be re-used by other teammates.
• Continue to improve your technical and non-technical skill sets.
• Leverage Doximity's extensive datasets to identify and classify behavioral patterns of medical professionals on our platform.
• Grow into a presentation/communication-focused role or dive deeper into more-involved technical challenges - the choice is yours.

Location: This role is Remote in the U.S., with the option to work onsite from our San Francisco, CA headquarters.

What We're Looking For

We're excited to meet candidates who have many of the following qualifications:

Must have:

• Three (3) years of experience illustrating collaboration, passion for data, reliability, precision, curiosity, and respect for teammates and clients.
• Excellent SQL skills with proven ability to create and evaluate complex SQL statements involving numerous tables and complex relationships.
• Fluent in Python and experience using common modules (numpy, pandas, statsmodels, matplotlib) for EDA.
• Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Working knowledge of statistics and visualization.
• Experience working with data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using AI coding assistants and building AI-leveraged workflows.
