Job summary

RTB House is a next-generation performance DSP that leverages Deep Learning AI to optimize campaigns. A BI/Data Analytics role focuses on building insights, dashboards, and data-driven automation across the engagement funnel.

You will work with SQL, BigQuery, Python (pandas), and BI tools to support stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional experience in data analytics or BI.
• Solid SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases (BigQuery is a strong plus).
• Basic Python skills, pandas for data analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills with at least one BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business analyses and draw actionable conclusions from data.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key business stakeholders.
• Work with SQL and BigQuery to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Use Python (pandas) in Colab for deeper data analysis and automation.
• Collaborate with other departments on data-driven projects.
• Manage code repositories and contribute through Git/GitHub.

You Will:

Desired Experience:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Solid SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases (Google BigQuery is a strong plus).
