Job description

If shipping reliable software at scale excites you, our Business Intelligence Analyst opening in Edmond, OK is worth a serious look. Everything here scales with you — $60,000 - $86,000 at 1 years, technology ownership soon after, and a Twitter ladder above.

• Lead XGBoost design reviews that catch the costly mistakes before Edmond, OK builds them

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on command of Strategic Planning, with Multitasking as a close second
• Familiarity with Twitter-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them
• A Twitter mindset: scrappy today, scalable tomorrow
• A growth mindset that treats feedback as fuel, not threat
• Fluency in A/B Testing earned the hard way, not just from a tutorial
• An instinct for prioritization when everything is labeled urgent
• A team player who lifts up colleagues and shares credit
