Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or above is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required or in progress.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete core assignments and training modules on insurance and underwriting principles.
• Participate in self-paced professional development courses (time management, presentation skills, etc.).
• Undertake and present project work to leadership, e.g., territory risk assessments and underwriting gap analyses.
• Learn to use AI tools and platforms to evaluate quality and accuracy of outputs.
• Explore other Travelers areas such as Risk Control, Claims and corporate functions.
