Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 0-12 months prior experience.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Developing active listening, verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills.
• Developing attention to detail and sense of urgency and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player and eager to learn.
• Works under guidance of Unit Leader/Unit Manager/Client Team.
• Developing basic prioritization & organizational skills.
• No direct carrier interaction but understands importance of strong carrier relationships.
• Basic application of tools & resources.
• Basic application in Adobe, Microsoft Office products and proficient in Excel.
• Learn and adopt MMA Core Values: Collaboration, Passion, Innovation, Accountability.
• Property Casualty Resident’s License within 90 days of hire.
• Annual CE Requirement.

Responsibilities

• AMS data entry: new business and renewal support, special projects.
• Order and file loss runs.
• Generate Certificate Holder Lists.
• Download E-Mods or request from carrier.
• Order Flood Zones and ISO Prometrix Reports.
• Certificate issuance and evidence of property issuance.
• Auto ID Card issuance.
• Provide New Business, Renewal and General Service support as needed.
