The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will serve as a key liaison between Talcott’s Distribution team, internal Operations, and the back offices of Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs). Reporting directly to the Head of Distribution, this role ensures that Talcott delivers an efficient, responsive, and high‑quality experience to our distribution partners.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship management skills who can proactively resolve issues, streamline operational workflows, and strengthen our partnerships through excellence in service and execution. The position is open to remote work or hybrid in‑office arrangement.
This range represents the minimum and maximum annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range. The base pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, competence, and demonstration of proficiencies essential for the role.
