Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) seeks an Analyst, Business Effectiveness to support portfolio management and governance for change initiatives. You will coordinate intake, meetings, and documentation while contributing to process improvements across business, technology, and support partners.

You will work in a hybrid model, spending 1–3 days on-site and remaining days remote, with opportunities to learn in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, project management, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in project management or operations.
• Ability to analyze data and support better decisions and processes.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio coordination: support project intake, oversight materials, and key meetings.
• Process improvement: identify and implement efficient workflows.
• Operational support: maintain documentation, onboarding materials, inventories.
