Ideal candidates will build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• C-Suite level communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build engaging relationships with technical & non-technical teams.
• Experience managing technical projects.
• Experience in managing teams of both company employees and 3rd parties.
• Deep understanding of reinsurance ops, processes, and data.
• Knowledge of IT Systems (e.g., Infrastructure, Applications and Data).
• Knowledge of project financials (ROI, CapEx and OpEx).
• Experience or willingness to train, mentor and coordinate virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop specific business-focused strategic plans for IT roadmaps.
• Ensure strategic priorities drive value for the business.
• Help business segment understand effort, risk, and impact of changes.
• Document business requirements and translate them to IT teams.
• Manage tasks related to assigned application portfolio.
