Job summary

You will partner with Operations, Programme and RD teams to generate lead opportunities, map donors, and ensure compliant submission and timely donor reporting. The role requires strong coordination, research, and knowledge of GAM policies, with a focus on building durable donor relationships.

Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!Employee Contract Type:Empleado de Plazo Determinado (Fixed Term)Job Description:**Development of proposals for new opportunities for WASH programming.*** Collaborate with Operations and Programme teams in developing concept notes and proposals that will facilitate WVI Laos growth for WASH Programming opportunities to increase our impact for children.* Work with the Resource Development team and the SLT in generating new leads and conducting necessary business research to build new opportunities for WASH programming.* Coordinate the development of WASH proposals and package the proposals together with WASH team, operations and programme ensuring quality reviews are done and that submitted proposals have been reviewed against the evaluation standards of donors and the Support Offices.* Undertake donor mapping and monitor donor websites and liaise with potential donor partners to determine grant sources, and other funding sources as appropriate under the WVIL National Strategy.* Liaise with Support Offices on the development of Private Non-Sponsorship (PNS) project proposals that fit within the WVIL National Strategic priorities.**Quality and timely compliance with WVIL grants acquisition and management policies, procedures and requirements.*** Coordinate with the Regional Grant Acquisition and Management (GAM) focal points on GAM business planning and requirements.* Ensure that WVI Laos follows the required GAM policies, strategies, reports and inputs* Assist RD team in mapping and updating new acquisition opportunities and building relations with key stakeholders.* Update iMPAQ system with timely and accurate GAM data.* Record and maintain all resource acquisition-related documentation appropriately, ensuring relevant content is up to date.**Comply with the GAM requirements in collaboration with Support Offices, Donors and other stakeholders.*** Ensure donor requirements and standards are well understood by all relevant project and field staff (particularly in start-up phase)* Be the focal person for the RD, Programme Operations, and SLT in maintaining communications with support offices and donors for active funding.* Lead and support WVIL teams in coordinating with donor project audits together with Finance team counterpart* undefined**Actively engage in WVI Laos Resource Development process and organizational procedures.*** Represent WVI Laos externally as assigned by the RD or SLT.* Comply with WVI Code of Conduct and policies and required staff inputs and participation.* Ensure that there is strong child safeguarding in all grants through responsible personnel and strong policies and mechanisms.* Support development of project proposals during emergency periods.
