This is a full-time, first-shift position. Local travel within your assigned territory is required. You'll be working closely with your local team and attending weekly branch sales meetings to stay informed and connected.
As a traveling Business Development Sales Specialist, you'll be out and about in your territory-connecting with local businesses, sharing how W.B. Mason can support their workplace needs, and helping new customers get set up for success. You'll travel by car or on foot to identify and engage potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and introduce them to our wide product selection. Using your people skills and product knowledge, you'll demonstrate value, provide custom pricing, and assist in onboarding. You'll work closely with our Inside Sales team to convert leads and transition accounts smoothly to our account managers. Prior experience in restaurant roles (serving, bartending), retail, or customer service is highly valued. A bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required. No sales experience needed to become our Business Development Sales Specialist!
