Job summary

Coral Shores Behavioral Health, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), is seeking a Business Development Representative in Stuart, FL. This role focuses on building and maintaining referral relationships to support the facility's continuum of care and growth in Palm Beach County.

You will organize community-based activities, represent the mission of UHS with professionalism, and apply market insights to develop strategic partnerships in the local healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferrred in marketing, business, behavioral health, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or related field with a track record of meeting targets, preferably Palm Beach County.
• In-depth understanding of Palm Beach County business landscape and networking opportunities.
• Excellent communication and networking skills to engage local business leaders and build partnerships.
• Must have a valid driver's license and knowledge of the assigned geographical area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains direct referral relationships in designated target markets, generating and supporting utilization of the facility's continuum of care.
• Organizes, coordinates, and supports community-based activities and represents the organization with professionalism.

Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital is an 80-bed behavioral health facility located in Stuart, FL, and provides inpatient treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Our professional staff individualizes care to uniquely fit the intensity and severity of each patient case and their family's needs. Because crisis occurs at all times of the day and night, our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Business Development Representative develops and maintains direct referral relationships in designated target markets, generating and supporting utilization of the facility's continuum of care. The BD Coordinator organizes, coordinates, and supports community based activities and represents the mission and vision of the organization and facility with utmost professionalism. The BD Coordinator takes a proactive approach to understanding the demographics of the assigned target area.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, a behavioral health area, or related field preferred. RN, LPN, LCSW, LPC, LMHC or LMFT a plus.

Experience:

• Proven Sales Experience Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the Palm Beach County region.
• Local Market Knowledge In-depth understanding of the Palm Beach County business landscape, including key industries, competitors, and networking opportunities to develop strategic relationships.
• Excellent Communication & Networking Skills - Ability to engage with local business leaders, attend regional networking events, and build long-term partnerships to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a well-developed knowledge of the geographical area assigned.
