Job Title: Business Development Representative

Location: Clinton Township, MI

Salary: $70K-$100K + Commission

Benefits: 401k w/ Match + Health Insurance + Company Vehicle + PTO

Requirements: Disaster Restoration Industry Sales (Book of Business preferred)

Position Overview

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base southeast Michigan. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for disaster restoration services including mitigation, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, contents restoration and reconstruction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective account management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients to showcase our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that support business development efforts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and submit proposals and contracts to prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales within the Disaster Restoration Industry.
  • Strong skills in prospecting and generating new leads.
  • Excellent account management abilities to maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An established book of business is preferred but not required.
