Job description

We are looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Representative (BDR) who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The rep will be responsible for generating quality leads and following up on inbound email and telephone inquiries.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Be persuasive and committed to achieving business goals.
  • Actively source new sales opportunities through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Assess or create opportunities for NB's products. Qualify prospects and systematically introduce sales to engage further.
  • Seed ideas and tell product stories to potential customers to draw their attention towards NB.
  • Attend industry events and educational workshops as required.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitors.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Update the CRM system regularly.
  • Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
  • Create target account lists based on ICP.
Job Requirements:
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
  • Proven track record in handling both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Experience with SaaS.
  • Knowledge and experience of the US market segment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Reporting:
  • Report to the Head of Business Development.
Working Hours:
  • Based on US time zone (5 pm to 2 am IST).
  • 8-hour shift per day.
  • Monday to Friday.
