Job Summary:
The Business Development Representative will provide customer sales and support for residential and contractor sales of HVAC equipment and HVAC parts, and supplies. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who will be responsible for promoting sales through our website to our Customer/Dealer network. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts through regular customer contact. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of HVAC terminology and HVAC product knowledge is a plus but not required
Customer Service background (prefer at least 2 years' experience).
High level of Customer Service.
Charismatic attitude.
Desire to succeed/self-motivated.
High sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow-up and follow through.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office products.
QualificationsRequirements:
High school or equivalent (Required); AA/AS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field desired.
1+ years of inside sales experience or call center sales or customer service experience.
CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.com.
Customer-oriented approach with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
