Arnold & Porter is a leading international law firm seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator in San Francisco. The hybrid role supports webinars, sponsorships, conferences, pitches, and submissions while collaborating with attorneys and staff across West Coast markets.
The successful candidate will help draft pitches, maintain databases, coordinate events, refresh marketing collateral, and use InterAction to target prospective clients and support campaigns.

The Marketing Department is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives. Working closely with business development managers, attorneys, and professional staff, this position plays a key role in enhancing the firm’s visibility and strengthening client relationships across the West Coast markets, including Seattle, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Los Angeles.
The successful candidate will primarily support webinars, sponsorships, conferences, pitches and proposals, and submissions to legal directories and publications. The Coordinator may also provide support to practice groups, industry teams, and firmwide initiatives as needed. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing & Business Development.
This position is based in the firm’s San Francisco office and follows a hybrid work schedule.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $63,500 to $79,400. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

As a nonexempt position, this position is eligible for overtime.
The firm may provide a discretionary bonus annually.
