What You’ll Do
- Drive new business acquisition by establishing and nurturing relationships with key leaders in the NAMX Accounts for the Automotive Supplier Industry.
- Leverage local and international contacts to open new business opportunities across the Top 50 North American suppliers and accelerate project closures to expand market share.
- Utilize the entire value chain of Surface Treatment/Cleaners and Lubricants, drive innovations, and focus on commercial relationships with industry leaders.
- Develop and implement programs to expand customer base, application range, and market share in Surface Treatment / Cleaners & Lubricants.
- Promote sustainability initiatives to reduce Co2 footprint through new-generation technologies offering a balance of performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to prioritize customer roadmaps and visit clients regularly to promote organic sales growth.
- Identify innovation needs of top auto suppliers to accelerate innovation in the Surface Treatment, Cleaners & Lubricants market.
- Support pricing strategies and quotations aligned with market segment and international account strategies.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or International Business.
- Approximately 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in the automotive or heavy-duty industries.
- Expected travel of 50%, both domestic and international.
- This is a remote position, primarily based in Michigan or Southeast U.S.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities.
- Independent, confident, and resilient in building and maintaining business relationships.
- Focused on identifying opportunities and closing deals efficiently.
- Collaborative, positive, and adaptable team player.
