Ivy Rehab Network in the Hampton Roads, VA market is seeking a Business Development Manager / Physician Liaison to grow referrals by building strong relationships with local providers and community partners.

In this role you will travel regularly, collaborate with Operations and Marketing, document activity in Salesforce, and help launch new clinics while expanding brand visibility. We offer a base salary with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
• 1–2+ years of healthcare sales, provider outreach, or similar roles.

Responsibilities
