Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States seeks a Business Development Manager - MR to lead strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management for our advanced MRI and PET/MR portfolio. Qualifications

  • Expertise in advanced medical imaging technologies, including ultra-high-field MRI (7T+) and PET/MR systems.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements, investigational device processes, and import/export compliance within a regulated environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management for advanced MRI and investigational imaging platforms, driving market adoption and future product innovation.

  • Manage quoting, configuration, and order fulfillment processes while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with internal and global stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive organizational success.

This position is responsible for the strategic business management, product management, and commercialization of Siemens Healthineers advanced MRI portfolio, including ultra-high-field, investigational devices, and PET/MR systems. The position requires deep technical expertise, strong project leadership, excellent communication skills, relationship management and the ability to guide highly complex projects from initial customer engagement through installation, regulatory compliance, and long-term customer success.

The base pay range for this position is:

$172,680 - $237,435

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
