The Business Development Manager – Motorcycle, Powersports and Scooters is responsible for driving profitable growth within the North American OE mobility market by identifying new business opportunities and managing strategic customer accounts.
This role leads business development activities from early customer engagement through product launch while serving as the primary commercial contact for assigned OEM customers.
Responsibilities include account planning, revenue growth, forecasting, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver customer‑focused solutions and achieve long‑term business objectives.
Domestic travel within NA is expected to be up to 40% of the time to visit customers and Gates facilities. Occasional international travel (up to 10%) to other company facilities or customers may be required.
