Overview

Business Development Manager - Midwest/Southeast Region

(Iconex) Role focusing on growing our linerless label portfolio through partner development, channel marketing, and application extension.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner Development
    • Identify and establish new partnerships with resellers, integrators, and key industry stakeholders.
    • Strengthen long-term relationships with current partners to maximize joint success.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and support partners.
  • Channel Marketing
    • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to promote solutions through partner networks.
    • Create joint go-to-market plans with partners to increase awareness, engagement, and sales.
    • Provide partners with sales enablement tools, training, and resources.
    • Track market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Application Extension
    • Drive the development of customized linerless label applications in retail, distribution, logistics, and manufacturing.
    • Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with customer systems.
    • Identify and support new product features and applications based on customer demand.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Track partner performance, marketing impact, and solution adoption.
    • Provide reports and insights to senior leadership on progress and opportunities.
    • Adjust strategies based on data, feedback, and evolving market conditions.
You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or channel marketing.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in driving product customization or application extension strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
