Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a driven Market Closer to own a Nashville territory and accelerate growth within SNF and Long-Term Care markets.

You will lead end-to-end sales, develop high-value targets, and clearly articulate the ROI of our wound care model to executives, while collaborating with a dedicated team that supports your success.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care.
• Deep SNF fluency—understand how facilities operate and decisions get made.
• Team-first mindset with ability to work independently.
• Strong integrity—your word is your brand.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales

Own the entire process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors.

Territory Development

Identify high-value targets and build your market expansion strategy.

Clinical Value Selling

Articulate the ROI of our physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators.

Relationship Management

Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors.

Team Collaboration

Share field intelligence, surface needs, and contribute to a strategy that lifts everyone.

What We're Looking For

• 2-10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care
• Deep SNF fluency - you know how these facilities operate and how decisions get made
• A team-first mindset with the drive to perform independently
• Unwavering integrity - your word is your brand
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
• Comfort with a road warrior schedule- 4-5 days travel per week. Travel may be local, regional, and/ or outside of your home state
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
