Yellowstone Landscape in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Business Development Manager to connect the company with prospective clients, listening, consulting and building lasting relationships. You will lead market research, develop leads and coordinate with the Sales Manager to craft proposals that meet client expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Horticulture or related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage data in Salesforce.

• Bachelor's in Horticulture, Turfgrass or related is a plus; Associate degree or relevant experience will be considered.
• Ability to engage with clients; communicate with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with market research and lead generation is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regional market research and maintain reliable sources for economic information.
• Utilize community networks and Salesforce CRM to track data and opportunities.
• Cultivate prospects to create leads and prioritize opportunities for pursuit.
• Generate field measurement estimates and take-offs; develop service-frequency specs with clients.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop contracts and review proposals.
