You will represent our company at home shows, farmers' markets, trade shows, community events, networking opportunities, and through local outreach. Your primary goal is to connect with homeowners, understand their remodeling needs, pre-qualify potential projects, and schedule design consultations for the sales team.
This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating new business. There is no base salary. Building the pipeline is a must, and expenses will be covered. You will be assigned a region and territory for coverage.
Business cards, raffle entries, duplicate contacts, vendor solicitations, and unverified names without clear remodeling interest are not considered qualified leads.
This is a commission-only opportunity with no base salary.
Example: Fifteen attended consultations would generate $2,250 in appointment compensation. Four closed projects averaging a $600 bonus would add approximately $2,400, for illustrative monthly earnings of $4,650.
This example is not a guarantee. Actual earnings depend on qualified appointments, homeowner attendance, contract values, closed projects, and individual performance.
The company pays pre-approved booth and table fees for authorized events. Certain approved local mileage and marketing expenses may be reimbursable with prior written approval and proper documentation.
Hotels, meals, entertainment, and out-of-area travel are not reimbursed unless the company provides advance written authorization.
This opportunity is intended to be structured as an independent-contractor engagement. The written agreement and applicable law will govern final classification, compensation, confidentiality, and other engagement terms.
