The role targets rising juniors or seniors with a business administration focus, 1–2 years’ Excel/PowerPoint experience, and CRM familiarity (Salesforce/DealCloud) in a hybrid NYC setting.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior enrolled in a college or university.
• Business Administration focus preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/DealCloud) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing existing and prospective investor base to help streamline fundraising process.
• Organizing and optimizing the Firm's CRM system.
• Assisting with PowerPoint slide creation and editing.
• Creating investor and market trend write-ups and analysis.
• Continually develop and improve knowledge of HPS's investment products, financial markets, and alternative investments.
