About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with other companies. This is a quota-carrying role that requires a blend of consultative selling, lead generation, relationship building, and account management.

We are looking for candidates having deep experience in onboarding US IT clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential B2B technical high tickets clients through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to position our products/services as solutions.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.
  • Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min 2-7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, staffing services
  • Proven track record of generating 2 Cr. annually.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with CRM software and sales automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients based in US.
  • Knowledge of basic software frameworks.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC).
Important Prerequisites
  • Have a Laptop with a processor compatible with every single basic requirement - i3/M1
  • Have a good and stable internet connection - 75 Mbps or more
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with US-based clients -Cold Calling , email, LinkedIn.
  • Available to work in 6 PM - 3 AM IST shift timings as well.
