We are seeking a results-driven professional to develop and execute business development strategies, lead generation, and end-to-end sales for domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for identifying and securing new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets. Identify emerging market trends, client needs, and competition to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Prospect new clients via research, outreach, networking, and cold outreach. Convert prospects into long-term relationships by delivering customized solutions and value propositions.
  • Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including initial meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and final agreements. Strive to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Oversee and mentor a team of individual contributors in the sales department. Set team goals, provide guidance and performance feedback, and ensure alignment with sales strategy and organizational objectives.
  • Account Management & Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensure high satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Handle client queries and resolve issues to ensure retention.
  • Proposal & Tender Management: Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs as per client specifications. Tailor proposals to meet client needs and budgets while presenting offerings effectively.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on domestic and international markets to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Use findings to refine strategies and optimize sales efforts.
  • End-to-End Solution Selling: Understand clients’ business needs and propose the most appropriate HRMS solutions. Manage from initial lead generation to successful implementation.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in business development and sales, especially in HR technology or HRMS solutions. Experience selling complex software or enterprise products is highly desirable.
  • MBA preferred with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Strong direct sales skills with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage high-stakes discussions.
  • Solid understanding of account management and client relationship building.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across departments.
  • Experience in P&L management and financial oversight.
  • Familiarity with SEO activities and working with marketing teams to enhance online presence.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications & Attributes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and understanding of HRMS market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
