Job summary

Flywheel is recruiting a dynamic Business Development Director for our North American New Business team. You will identify high-impact partnerships, build tailored go-to-market plans, and drive revenue growth across growth-focused brands.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with pre-sales, product marketing, and customer success to craft compelling business cases and expand Flywheel's footprint regionally, traveling as needed to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling solutions to organizations (retail media, CPG, or MarTech experience a plus).
• Comfortable engaging with decision-makers at multiple levels and guiding collaborative sales conversations.
• Ability to build go-to-market strategies, analyze data and market trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed revenue targets within an assigned territory.
• Prospect, qualify, and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close.
