Job summary

Howard Leasing Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional for a fully remote role that requires Florida residency. You will drive quotas, build a client base, and manage leads across multiple channels, including CRM and trade shows.

Responsibilities include accurate reporting, developing referral networks, and presenting solutions to prospective clients while maintaining a professional image in all interactions. Travel will be required to meet clients and attend events.

Qualifications

• An associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year College.
• Minimum two years of sales /marketing experience required.
• Payroll or PEO experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales production quotas as outlined by the company.
• Compile lists of prospective clients for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories sites, and CRM.
• Develop a referral network to assist in increasing client base.
• Document prospect/client communications in the company's tracking system.
• Travel to various locations to present features and benefits of company services.
• Achieve technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge.
• Complete and submit accurate reports and weekly activity reports on schedule.
• Attend trade shows and joint sales calls.
• Project a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community.
• Meet ongoing customer service requirements as needed.
• Monitor departmental processes to ensure accuracy, accountability, productivity, and profitability.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by Management.
